Having reached this juncture in your life, you may have already noticed that you – we – are not like the others.

Fate seems to take a more than usual interest in our affairs and, for good or ill, our life's path seems to harbour more of those twists and turns, those serendipities and stumbling blocks, that have a propensity to lead towards adventure.

There is a reason for this, it is not mere coincidence as you might have previously supposed.

We are BloodBound – our ancestral line, for many centuries now, has been interwoven, through occult means, with beings who inhabit reality on a different level.

Call them demons if you like, call them angels if it gives you greater comfort, but whatever lens you chose to view them through it will not affect the power they have over you – and the power you can wield over them.

Today you must make a choice, now that you are aware of the situation, you can chose to sever this BloodBound alliance and never speak of it again, let its power fade from your veins, your consciousness, your life... maybe they will forget us... who knows, it's worth a try...

...BloodBound

BloodBound is a Solo RPG in which you craft a beautiful piece of wearable art by performing rituals to bind demons / angels /  vampires / spirits / fey into your service.

The expansion BloodWoven Tales will soon be added to the game and shows you how to create solo and multiplayer adventures with the creatures you have bound to you. If you purchase the game now, you will automatically get the expansion for free.

The Contract

To seal the deal and renew the BloodBound contract for another generation, you must create your own personal BloodBound contract by performing rituals to bind entities to yourself, and you to them, using a set of seven beads and charms which you will then wear on your wrist.

These charms can be used to invoke individual creatures, according to the terms of the contract, when you may need them – however these creatures must be fed and maintained with a drop of your own blood (red food colouring!), that is your part of the deal.

Multiplayer Expansion

The multiplayer expansion allows you to undertake quests with a Coven of other BloodBound players. The almost completed file for that expansion is - Hail Eris - now sitting on a dead hard drive being glared at each morning. I am rewriting the expansion and, unless the goddess of chaos has any other 'hilarious' tricks up her sleeve, I will add it to the game as soon as it's finished. If you purchase the game now, you'll get the expansion for free when it's ready.
