"It has been a quite night so far; your shift on watch has been uneventful. The campfire smolders and the wide indigo sky holds a scattering of stars. The day was a warm one and a soft mist rises and coils amongst the meadow grass. You are just about to rise and bank the fire against the creeping chill when the eerie sounds of music come lilting on the breeze – a curious tune, a carnival refrain pitched slightly off-key – and down the highway, through the mists, rolls a long line of painted wagons accompanied by a merry troupe of circus performers: jugglers, stilt walkers, fire eaters and clowns... As you watch, they leave the road and pull up in the meadow just a short distance from your camp."

The Night Circus 

The Night Circus travels from place to place under the cover of darkness . During the day, they camp and rest inside their wagons, waiting for the sun to set. When night falls, the magic begins! Flyers appear around the nearby towns, enticing the citizens to come and see the incredible acts of the performers, witness the death defying feats of the trapeze artists, taste the sweet candyfloss and ride the carousel.

Guests arrive to find the countryside transformed – glowing lanterns gleam through the dusk, soft music plays and bunting in black, silver and mauve adorns the hedgerows and the low hanging branches of trees, the sweet smell of candyfloss and the music of the barrell organ fills the night air, soon joined by laughter and the excited chatter of the crowd.

If one or two of the guests never return home, well, who's to say anything? Certainly no one would blame the Night Circus folk; everyone knows the country lanes can be treacherous at night and, well, when you've had a few too many in the mulled wine tent...

Nobody suspects that the Night Circus are really a band of vampires, using the circus as a front to lure in their prey...

Fanguary Fundraiser

This game was made as part of the FANGUARY MUTUAL AID TTRPG JAM. All proceeds from this game and the game bundle will go directly to fund the medical care which I urgently need.  I need transfusions  of blood,  iron & vitamins every three months but the NHS waiting lists mean that I am not getting them, which leaves me bed-bound and in danger of organ failure.

I've been encouraged by my lovely friends and family to reach out and ask for help. At this point I feel my only option is to seek private medical care for both the transfusions and the long term car plan and so I'm asking friends, family, and anyone who enjoys the content I make / has felt that I've supported their own creations to please help me reach my goals.

All money from this game, and the mutual aid bundle ( which our wonderful @GothHoblin has kindly put together for me) will go to funding this treatment.
